Patient Experience
I was so nervous going in, my hands were literally shaking. Dr. Dani just talked to me like a normal person, explained everything in simple words, and didn't rush me at all. I left feeling like a weight was off my shoulders. The wait was a bit long, but honestly, it was worth it for how calm he made me feel.
My 8-year-old had a high fever that wouldn't break, and we were really scared. Dr. Dani was so gentle with her, even got her to smile when he checked her ears. He took the time to explain to us, the parents, exactly what was happening and what the medicine would do. We felt heard the whole time, not just like another case. She's much better now, and honestly, we're just so grateful for his kindness.
Had a weird stomach thing for weeks. Went to Dr. Dani. He figured it out, gave me a plan. Fixed it. Straight to the point, which I appreciate. Parking at Apollo is always a hassle, but the visit itself was efficient.
Okay, so this was my third visit for this ongoing issue. The first time, I was just listing symptoms. The second time, we tried a treatment. This last visit, Dr. Dani remembered all of it. He leaned back and said, 'Let's look at the whole pattern from the beginning,' and actually pulled up my notes from months ago. He connected dots I didn't even see, suggested a small lifestyle tweak alongside the meds. It wasn't a magic fix, but it's the first time I feel like we're actually getting to the bottom of it, not just putting out fires.
