Patient Experience
The hospital itself is nice and clean. I was there with my son, and the front desk people were really kind when we got a bit lost. The nurse who took his vitals had him laughing, which helped a lot. Even though the parking was full that day, the calm inside Medicover and the helpful staff made the visit less stressful.
I'd been feeling run down for months, and three other doctors just told me it was stress. Dr. Borade actually listened. She asked questions no one else had, ordered a different set of tests, and figured out it was a tricky thyroid issue. She explained it all with a diagram on her notepadmade something complicated feel simple. I'm finally on the right treatment.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Borade made it so straightforward. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in her procedure room. She talked me through each step, and it was over before I knew it. The follow-up was quick and easy, just a glance at the stitches. No fuss at all.
What I remember most is how Dr. Borade sat down with me. She didn't stand by the door ready to rush out. When I got my diagnosis, she saw I was scared and just took a minute. She asked if I understood, and waited for my real questions. It felt like she was talking to a person, not just a patient.
