Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Dalvi for my blood pressure and general health for about five years now. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me, remembers my history, and doesn't just treat the numbers on a chart. He's the same calm, steady doctor every visit. The hospital can get busy, but he never rushes you out. I trust him completely, which is hard to find.
My 8-year-old son had a high fever that wouldn't break, and we were really scared. Dr. Dalvi at Medicover saw us quickly. He got down on my son's level, talked to him in a gentle voice, and explained everything in a way that calmed him down. He was so patient, answering all my frantic questions without making me feel silly. He called the next day to check on him, too. My son is fine now, and actually asks if we can go see the 'nice doctor' again for his check-up.
Had a bad stomach bug. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Dalvi. He was straight to the point, asked the right questions, gave clear instructions. Got the meds, felt better in two days. No fuss, good doctor.
So, I'd been feeling run-down for weeksjust tired, no energy. I was nervous about going to the doctor, thinking it would be a whole big thing. I booked with Dr. Dalvi. The waiting area was packed, I'll be honest. But when I got in, he just listened. Really listened. He asked about my work stress, my sleep, everything. He ordered a couple of tests to rule things out, but his main advice was about lifestyle, not just pills. He even suggested a specific type of tea. It felt like he was solving a puzzle with me, not just writing a prescription. I'm still working on it, but I feel like I have a partner in figuring this out.
