Patient Experience
Appendicitis. Went to Medicover in a lot of pain. Dr. Soni explained the surgery quickly and clearly. No fluff. Got it done. Pain after was expected, but they kept it under control. Discharge instructions were straightforward. I'm recovering. He does his job well.
Finally got my knee sorted out! Saw Dr. Soni at Medicover. The man knows his stuff. I was walking the same day with help, which blew my mind. The relief is incredible. Yeah, the parking lot was packed when I left, but who cares? I can walk without that grinding pain. He and his physio guy gave me a solid plan to get back to normal. Really, really good experience.
Had my gallbladder out last week. The first couple days were rough, I won't lie. But Dr. Soni's team had a clear plan for the pain. They checked on me often, adjusted the meds so I could actually get up and walk a little. It wasn't magic, but it was managed. I'm home now, moving a bit more each day. The follow-up call to see how I was managing the pills was a nice touch.
I was so scared before my hernia operation. Dr. Soni has a very calm way of talking. He listened to all my worries about the anesthesia and the pain afterwards. He didn't rush me. After surgery, he personally showed my husband how to help me sit up to make it less sore. That kindness meant more than I can say. The hospital was busy, but he always made me feel seen.
