Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Ganguly for my blood pressure for about five years now, since before he moved to Medicover. He's the kind of doctor who remembers your history without always having to check the file. I trust him because he doesn't jump to change my meds with every visit; he looks at the long-term picture. The new hospital is nice, though the parking lot is always packed.
My 75-year-old father was admitted with a bad fever and confusion. Dr. Ganguly was the one who actually called me directly to explain what was happening, in simple terms I could understand. He didn't just talk at me; he listened to my concerns about my dad's other medicines. That call made a scary situation feel manageable. Dad's home and doing much better now.
Had a weird stomach thing that wouldn't go away. Went to Dr. Ganguly. He was straight up, no sugar-coating, ordered the right tests. Figured it out. Fixed it. What more do you want?
I was really nervous about this persistent cough I'd had for weeks. Dr. Ganguly didn't rush me. He actually sat back, asked about my work (I'm a teacher, so I talk all day), and then about my hometurns out we'd just gotten a new air purifier and he asked if the cough started around then. He connected dots I wouldn't have. Suggested it might be a mild irritation from the filter and to switch it off for a few days. He was right. It wasn't some scary diagnosis, just him paying real attention to the story I was telling.
