Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging pain and fatigue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Benin Rajesh was different. He actually listened, asked a lot of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was something pretty uncommon with my thyroid. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad—didn't rush me at all. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but the whole thing was so straightforward. Dr. Rajesh talked me through each step before he did it, which helped a lot. The procedure itself was quick, and the follow-up instructions were clear. It healed up perfectly, no fuss. Sometimes simple things done right make the biggest difference.
The hospital itself is nice, but what stood out was the team. From the front desk lady who helped me find my file when I forgot my ID, to the nurse who saw I was anxious and just chatted about the weather while taking my vitals. Even the person who brought the wheelchair was really kind. It felt like everyone was on the same page, which made a long day of tests much easier to handle.
What I'll remember most is how Dr. Rajesh talked to my elderly father. He didn't just talk to me. He got down to his eye level, spoke slowly and clearly, and checked if he understood everything. He has this calm way about him that just puts you at ease. You can tell he sees the person, not just the patient file.
