Patient Experience
I'd been feeling off for months, tired and with weird aches. A few other doctors just shrugged. Dr. Krishen Ranganath actually listened, asked a ton of questions, and ordered some specific tests others hadn't. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that was a bit tricky to spot. He explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. I finally feel like I'm getting back to normal.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Ranganath made it simple. The whole thing at Apollo Seshadripuram was over in what felt like minutes. He talked me through each step as it happened, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be. No drama, just good care.
Parking at the hospital was a nightmare that day, I was so flustered by the time I got in. But the front desk staff were really calm and got me sorted quickly. The nurse who took my vitals was lovely and chatted about the weather. It made a stressful start much easier. Dr. Ranganath was running a bit behind, but his assistant let us know, which I appreciated.
What I remember most is how he talked to my elderly mother. She was confused and scared. Dr. Ranganath didn't just talk to me; he knelt down so he was at her eye level, spoke slowly, and held her hand while explaining her medication. He has a kindness about him that you don't see everywhere. It meant the world to us.
