Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Manish for my arthritis and blood pressure for nearly eight years now, ever since he was at his old clinic. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me, remembers my history without me having to repeat everything. He doesn't rush to change medications unless it's really needed, and he explains the 'why' behind things in a way that makes sense. That consistency is hard to find.
Dr. Manish is great. Went in with a bad stomach bug, he sorted it out fast. No fuss.
My appointment was at 11, but I got there early because the parking at Apollo Bannerghatta is always a bit of a hunt. I was nervous—I don't like hospitals. Dr. Manish came in, and right away he had this calm way about him. He listened to my concerns about these dizzy spells I'd been having, asked about my diet and sleep, things my last doctor brushed off. He ordered a couple of sensible tests to rule things out, and his advice was practical: drink more water, try to cut back on salt, come back if it happens again. He didn't make me feel silly for being worried. I left feeling much lighter than when I went in.
At my age, you want a doctor who is kind and doesn't talk down to you. Dr. Manish C A at Apollo is just that. He speaks clearly, checks that you understand, and is very gentle during examinations. The clinic was running a little behind that day, but his assistant kept us informed, which I appreciated. He addressed all my minor ailments with patience.
