Had my gallbladder removed last month. The first few days were rough, I won't lie. But Dr. Shwetha's plan for the pain was clear and she checked in often. She didn't just hand me pills and send me home. She explained what normal soreness was versus what I should call about. The hospital staff followed her instructions exactly. I'm moving around much better now, and the follow-up call from her office last week was a nice touch.

Appendicitis. Came to Apollo Jayanagar in a lot of pain. Dr. Shwetha B.A. saw me quickly, confirmed it needed to come out, and explained the surgery in simple terms. No fluff. The procedure went fine. Post-op, she was direct about what I could and couldn't do. Appreciated that. Got the job done.

I was quite nervous before my hernia operation. Dr. Shwetha has a very calm way about her. She listened to all my worries and never made me feel rushed. After surgery, she visited my room and her voice was always so gentle when asking about my pain. It made a difficult time much easier. The care felt very personal.

Wow, what a difference! I'd been putting off this procedure for years because I was scared. Finally saw Dr. Shwetha at Apollo. She was fantastic – answered every single one of my (many) questions without making me feel silly. Surgery day went smoothly, and when I woke up, the relief was immediate. The whole team was great, but she really put my mind at ease. So glad I went through with it!
