Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and weird stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Yogesh was different. He actually sat and listened to every little thing, ordered some specific tests no one else had. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue combined with a mild food intolerance. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad—made it so clear. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, even though everyone said it was routine. Dr. Yogesh and his team were great. The procedure itself was quick, and he talked me through each step as it happened. The follow-up was simple, and the scar is barely there now. It was just a smooth, straightforward experience from start to finish.
The hospital itself is nice and calm, which helps when you're feeling anxious. But what really stood out was the front desk lady who checked me in. I was early and flustered because parking was full, and she was so patient and kind, got me sorted right away. That positive vibe continued with the nurse who took my vitals. It felt like a team effort, and Dr. Yogesh seems to lead a really good one.
My teenage son had to see him, and he can be a real closed book, especially with doctors. Dr. Yogesh didn't push. He just chatted with him normally, asked about school and sports first. By the end, my kid was actually explaining his own symptoms without me prompting him. That meant a lot. He has a real way of putting you at ease, no matter your age.
