Patient Experience
My dad was admitted for a bad fever and we were all really scared. Dr. Reddy was the one who saw him. He took the time to explain everything to us in the waiting area, not just the medical stuff but what to expect day by day. He gave us his direct number for updates. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle because we felt included and knew he was really looking out for us.
I hate going to the doctor, always have. Had this weird stomach pain for weeks and finally dragged myself to Medicover. I was so nervous in the waiting room. But Dr. Reddy was just... calm. He listened to all my probably-silly worries, didn't rush me, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. Left feeling like I had a plan, and way less freaked out than when I walked in.
Saw Dr. Reddy for a persistent cough. Quick, efficient, got to the point. Prescribed meds that worked. Parking at Hoodi was a nightmare though.
It started as just feeling run down all the time. I'd go to work, come home, and crash. After a month of this, my wife basically booked the appointment for me. Dr. Reddy didn't just do the standard check-up; he asked a lot about my routine, stress at work, even my sleep patterns. He connected dots I didn't see and ordered specific tests others might have missed. Turned out to be a vitamin deficiency and a mild thyroid issue. On a simple treatment plan now and finally starting to feel like myself again. He really dug into the 'why'.
