Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of other doctors for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Samskruthi was the first one who actually sat and listened, really pieced together all these little symptoms I'd mentioned. She ordered some specific tests others hadn't, and it turned out to be a tricky thyroid issue that was messing with everything. I'm just relieved someone finally figured it out.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. But Dr. Samskruthi explained the whole process in simple terms, didn't make me feel rushed. The procedure itself was over before I knew it. Recovery was exactly as she said it would beno surprises. It was just a very straightforward, calm experience.
The hospital at Hoodi is nice and clean, I'll give it that. Parking was a bit of a hunt that morning. But what stood out was the front desk staff and the nurses. They were really patient with my million questions, helped me fill out the forms, and one nurse even walked me to the lab so I wouldn't get lost. It made a long wait much less stressful.
Look, I don't love going to the doctor. I usually feel like just another file. Dr. Samskruthi is different. She remembers small things from past visits, asks about my family. When she talks, she looks at you, not just the computer screen. It sounds simple, but it makes you feel like a person, not a problem to be solved. That matters a lot.
