Patient Experience
For months, I just felt off tired, achy, nothing specific. Saw a couple of doctors who said it was stress. Dr. Sandeep was different. He actually sat and listened to the whole confusing story, asked questions no one else had. He ordered some specific tests others hadn't thought of. Turns out it was a tricky autoimmune thing. He explained it to me in plain words, didn't rush, and laid out a clear plan. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
I needed a minor cyst removal. Honestly, I was nervous at first about any surgery, even a small one. Dr. Sandeep and his team made it so straightforward. The whole thing was over quickly, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be no surprises. The clinic called to check on me the next day, which was a nice touch. It just felt very competent and calm.
The hospital itself is nice, very clean and not as intimidating as some. Parking was a bit of a hunt, I won't lie. But once inside, everyone from the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals was really kind. They seemed to have their act together, which makes a big difference when you're not feeling great. It felt organized, not chaotic.
What stuck with me most was how Dr. Sandeep talks to you. He has this calm way about him. When he explains things, he looks at you, not just at the computer screen. I had a lot of worries about my treatment, some probably silly, and he never made me feel foolish for asking. He just took the time. That kind of patience is rare.
