Patient Experience
My hands were shaking in the waiting room at Sakra. I'd never been to a hospital for myself before and was convinced it was something serious. Dr. Swati came in, and the first thing she did was ask me to take a deep breath. She didn't rush. She explained every little thing she was checking, in simple words, and actually listened when I described my weird symptoms. By the time I left, I felt silly for being so scared. She just has a way of making you feel like it's going to be okay.
Had a persistent stomach issue for weeks. Went to Sakra, saw Dr. Swati Vishwakarma. She ordered the right tests, diagnosed a food intolerance quickly. Explained the treatment plan clearly. Followed up in two weeks, issue resolved. Efficient, knowledgeable, no-nonsense. Good experience.
I'm not one to speak up much, but I felt I should say something about Dr. Swati. I was quite unwell, and she was so gentle. She spoke softly, checked on me without making me feel like a burden. Even the way she pressed my wrist to check my pulse was careful. It’s the small kindnesses that matter when you're feeling low. The hospital is big, but in her room, I felt looked after.
FINALLY! Someone who figured out what was wrong with me! I'd been to two other doctors with this fatigue and they just shrugged. Dr. Swati actually dug in, asked a ton of questions I hadn't even thought about, and put the pieces together. It was a vitamin deficiency, of all things! Started the supplements she suggested and wow, the difference in a month is crazy. She's brilliant! So, so relieved to have my energy back.
