Patient Experience
My father, 78, was admitted with severe stomach pain. We were all scared. Dr. Raja explained everything to us in the family room, in simple terms. He didn't rush us, even though it was late. He told us the plan for tests and what each possibility could be. The waiting area was crowded, but he made sure we understood before he left. My father is home now and doing much better. We felt looked after.
Took my wife in for what we thought was a routine check-up. Dr. Raja found something that needed more attention. He was direct about it, which I appreciatedno sugar-coating. He laid out the options clearly: 'We can do A, B, or C. Here's what I think, and why.' It helped us make a decision without panic. The hospital parking is a nightmare, but the care was solid. We're relieved.
Our son had a high fever that wouldn't break. At Medicover Hoodi, Dr. Raja saw him. He has a very calm way about him. He listened to everything we said, asked good questions, and then spoke softly to our boy too. He explained the treatment to us while my son was resting. It wasn't just about the medicine; he made sure we, as parents, were okay and knew what to watch for at home. That meant a lot.
After my mom's surgery elsewhere, she had complications. We came to Dr. Raja. He was genuinely enthusiastic about getting her back on track. 'We can fix this,' he said, and he seemed to mean it. He coordinated with other doctors, called us with updates himself, and celebrated the small wins with us. The whole floor was busy, but he never made us feel like a number. We're so glad we found him.
