Patient Experience
Been seeing Dr. Vikas for my blood pressure for about five years now, since he was at his old clinic. He's one of the few doctors who actually remembers my history without me having to repeat everything. I followed him to Medicover Hoodi. He doesn't rush to change meds every visit; he believes in letting a treatment plan work. That consistency is hard to find.
I was really nervous going infirst time seeing a doctor in Bangalore and I had this weird stomach pain for days. Dr. Vikas just had a calm way about him. He actually listened to all my worries, didn't make me feel silly for being anxious. Explained everything in simple terms, what it likely was and what to watch for. Walked out feeling a lot lighter than when I walked in.
Good doctor. Got a bad sinus thing, went to Medicover. Dr. Vikas K. saw me quick, prescription worked. Staff was fine. Would go again if I needed to.
So I'd been putting off this checkup for ages, you know how it is. Finally dragged myself to Medicover Hoodi last Tuesday. Parking was a bit of a hunt. Dr. Vikas, though, was worth the hassle. He spent a solid 20 minutes with me, asked about work stress, sleep patternsthings I didn't even think were related. He connected some dots my last doctor missed. Sent me for one specific test instead of a whole panel. Called me himself with the results the next evening, which really surprised me. Felt like he actually cared about figuring it out, not just moving on to the next patient.
