Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this weird fatigue and stomach thing, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Anawat was the first one who actually listened. He asked a ton of questions I hadn't even thought about, ordered some specific tests, and figured out it was a tricky thyroid issue. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad—made it actually make sense. I finally feel like I'm on the right track.
Had to get a mole checked and removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. But Dr. Anawat made it so simple. He talked me through each step before he did it, the actual removal was over in a minute, and he even joked about the cartoon bandage he put on. It was one of those things you dread, but it turned out to be a total non-event. Parking at the hospital was a pain, though!
The whole experience at Bangpakok 9 was just... calm. From the front desk people who helped me find my way, to the nurse who took my vitals and chatted about the rain, it didn't feel like a sterile factory. The waiting area had these big windows, which was nice. It set a good tone before I even saw the doctor. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and didn't rush you.
What stuck with me most about Dr. Anawat is how he talks to you. He doesn't just look at the chart. He sits down, makes eye contact, and you feel like you have his full attention. When I was worried about some test results, he didn't dismiss it; he took the time to explain what each number could mean and what our next steps were. It felt like a conversation, not a lecture.
