Patient Experience
I'd been to a few doctors about this constant fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress or maybe just getting older. Dr. Apinya was the first one who actually sat and listened, really listened, to everything I was saying. She ordered some different tests that no one else had thought of, and it turned out to be something pretty specific and treatable. She explained it all in a way that finally made sense. I feel like I have my life back.
Had to get a minor skin cyst removed. Honestly, I was more nervous about the hospital visit itself than the procedure. But Dr. Apinya made it so straightforward. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in her office. She talked me through each step, the local anesthetic worked perfectly, and I was in and out. It healed up just as she said it would. Sometimes simple things done well are what you need most.
Parking at Bangpakok 9 was a bit of a hassle that morning, I won't lie. But once I got inside, it calmed right down. The front desk ladies were really patient with my bad Thai and helped me fill out the forms. The nurse who took my vitals had a warm smile and made a little joke that cut through my anxiety. The whole place felt clean and quiet, which helped a lot while I waited to see the doctor.
What I remember most is how Dr. Apinya talked to my elderly mother. Mom gets confused easily and is scared of doctors. Dr. Apinya didn't rush. She knelt down so she was at eye level with her in the wheelchair, spoke softly, and held her hand while explaining about her new medication. She treated her with such genuine kindness and respect, not just as a patient. That meant more to our family than any medicine.
