Patient Experience
I'd been to three other dentists about this weird, dull ache in my jaw. They all said it was just a cavity or maybe grinding my teeth. Dr. Jaran actually listened, asked a bunch of questions, and took a different kind of X-ray. Turns out it was a tiny crack in the root of a molar that was hiding. No one else caught it. He explained the whole thing with a little drawing on a napkin, and his plan to save the tooth made sense. Finally, an answer.
Just needed a regular cleaning and check-up. I was in and out pretty quick, which was nice because the parking garage was packed that day. Everything felt really standard, but in a good way—no surprises, no pressure for treatments I didn't need. Dr. Jaran was efficient and pointed out one area I should floss better. It was just... easy.
I have to say, the whole place at Bangpakok 9 just feels calm. The woman at the front desk remembered my name when I came back from the restroom. The dental assistant was really gentle when putting the bib on and kept checking if I was okay. Even the view from the chair was just trees, not a wall. It made a big difference when I was sitting there waiting for the numbing to kick in.
I'm not great with dentists, never have been. I was pretty nervous at first and told him so. Dr. Jaran didn't just brush it off; he stopped and asked what specifically worried me the most. He talked me through each tool before he used it, and during the filling, he'd give me a clear 'thumbs up' or 'two minutes more' signal since I couldn't talk. Felt like he was actually in the chair with me, not just working on me.
