Patient Experience
My jaw had been aching for months, and two other dentists just said it was stress. Dr. Nunthasiri actually sat and listened, then took a different kind of scan. Turns out it was a tiny fracture hidden behind a molar. She explained it all with the X-ray up on the screen, drew a little diagram on a napkin. Getting it fixed was a process, but she had a clear plan. I'm just glad someone finally figured it out.
I was way overdue for a cleaning and filling. Honestly, I was nervous at first because I hate that drill sound. But at Bangpakok 9, Dr. Nunthasiri was really quick and calm. The whole thing was over before I knew it. She even told a silly joke about the suction tube sounding like a spaceship. It was just a normal check-up, but it didn't feel like a big deal for once.
The parking garage was completely full when I arrived for my root canal, which stressed me out. The front desk lady saw me looking lost and walked me to the visitor parking herself. Inside, the place is quiet and doesn't smell too much like a clinic, which helped. The assistant with Dr. Nunthasiri was great too—she kept checking if I was okay and adjusted the TV so I could actually see it.
What I remember most is how Dr. Nunthasiri talked to my son. He's eight and terrified of dentists. She didn't just talk to me; she got down to his level, showed him all the tools first, let him hold the mirror. Called the water sprayer 'the squirt gun'. He didn't even cry. She has this way of making you feel like you're the only person in the room, even for just a simple check-up.
