I'd been to a few doctors about this constant fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress or getting older. Dr. Phanuvich actually sat and listened, asked a bunch of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was something pretty rare. He explained it all on a notepad, drew little diagrams. I finally had a name for what was wrong and a real plan. That was a huge weight off.

Needed a colonoscopy, which honestly, nobody looks forward to. The prep was the worst part, as expected. On the day, at Bangpakok 9, everything just… worked. The nurses were clear, the room was calm, and Dr. Phanuvich was quick and efficient. I was in and out faster than I thought. Got the all-clear later that week. It was one of those things you dread, but it ended up being completely straightforward.

Parking at the hospital was a nightmare that day, I had to circle for ages. I arrived flustered for my check-up. But from the front desk to the nurses, everyone was really calm and kind. The waiting area felt more like a hotel lobby than a clinic, which helped me settle down. By the time I saw Dr. Phanuvich, I wasn't stressed anymore. The whole place just runs smoothly, which makes a big difference when you're not feeling great.

What stuck with me about Dr. Phanuvich was how he talks to you. He doesn't rush. I was nervous about some medication side effects, and he didn't just dismiss it. He leaned back in his chair, thought for a second, and said, 'Okay, let's think this through together.' He treats you like you're on the same team. It's not just about the medicine; you feel like a person he's trying to help figure things out.
