I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging fatigue and stomach thing, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Pitchathorn actually sat and listened, asked questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered a specific test the others hadn't. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue masquerading as something else. He explained the whole thing with a diagram on his notepad—made it simple. Finally felt like I had a real answer.

Had to get a minor cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Pitchathorn made it feel like no big deal. The whole thing was over in what felt like ten minutes. He talked me through each step as he was doing it, which really helped. The follow-up was quick, the scar is tiny, and I was back to my normal routine the next day. Just a smooth, easy experience.

The hospital itself is nice and modern, I'll give it that. Parking was a bit of a hunt, I won't lie. But once I got inside, the front desk ladies were really patient with my paperwork, and the nurse who took my vitals had a great way of calming my nerves with just normal chat. It felt organized, and everyone from the receptionist to the lab tech seemed to know what they were doing, which makes a difference when you're feeling a bit out of sorts.

What stuck with me most about Dr. Pitchathorn was how he is with people. My elderly mother saw him, and he never talked down to her. He got on her level, spoke clearly, and checked twice to make sure she understood everything. He's got this calm, direct way about him that makes you feel heard, not just processed. You don't always get that.
