Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and weird stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Sawarin was different. He actually listened to everything, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue combined with a mild food intolerance. He explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. I finally feel like I have a real answer and a plan.
Had to get a mole checked and removed – nothing major, but I was still pretty nervous. The whole thing at Bangpakok 9 was so straightforward. Dr. Sawarin was quick but never rushed; he told me exactly what he was doing step-by-step. The actual removal took maybe ten minutes. The parking garage was packed that day, but once I got upstairs, everything else was smooth. Got the results back fast, and it was all clear.
What stood out to me was the whole team. I was there with my elderly mother, and from the front desk to the nurses, everyone was really kind and patient. The hospital itself feels calm, not chaotic. Dr. Sawarin was great, of course, but even the nurse who took her vitals was chatting with her and making her laugh. It made a stressful visit much easier to handle.
I really appreciate how Dr. Sawarin talks to you. He doesn't just talk at you. I had a lot of anxiety about some medication, and instead of dismissing it, he sat back and said, 'Okay, let's talk through each of your worries.' He never made me feel silly. He's got a quiet, calm way about him that just makes you feel heard. You leave his office feeling clearer, not more confused.
