Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Suthas for over a decade now, since he was at his old clinic. I followed him to Bangpakok 9 because you just don't find that kind of consistency. He remembers the little things about my teeth history that even I forget. I had a filling from him that lasted 12 years. When it finally needed redoing, he knew exactly which one it was without me saying a word. That's the kind of doctor you stick with.
My mom is elderly and gets very anxious about dental visits. Dr. Suthas was so good with her. He didn't just talk to her; he made sure to explain everything to me and my sister after, in the waiting area, so we knew what to expect at home. He gave us his direct number for follow-up questions, which we used once, and he called back himself. It made managing her care so much less stressful for our whole family.
Needed a check-up and cleaning. Found Dr. Suthas online. Bangpakok 9 is a nice hospital, parking was a bit of a hunt though. He was straight with me—told me what I needed now, what could wait, and gave a clear price for each. No pressure. Cleaning was thorough, didn't hurt. I'll go back.
Okay, so I hadn't been to a dentist in... let's say a few years. I was braced for a lecture. Dr. Suthas just nodded, said "Let's see what we're working with." He found a small cavity I couldn't feel. The shot was the part I dreaded most, but he chatted about the football match that was on the night before, and honestly, by the time I realized he was doing it, it was over. The whole thing was so low-drama. I walked out feeling like I'd finally dealt with something I'd been putting off for way too long, and it was nowhere near as bad as I'd built it up to be in my head.
