Patient Experience
My eight-year-old was terrified of the dentist after a bad experience. I was at my wits' end. Dr. Thanis was so patient. He didn't rush; he just talked to my son about video games for a few minutes. He explained every little tool in a way that wasn't scary. The cleaning went smoothly, and my kid actually asked when we could come back. I cried a little in the car afterward, just from relief. The hospital itself was busy and we had to wait a bit past our appointment, but the care was worth it.
Needed a check-up and cleaning. Went to Bangpakok 9. Saw Dr. Thanis. He was efficient. Explained what he was doing clearly. No unnecessary procedures suggested. The cleaning was thorough. Staff was polite. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but the dental visit itself was straightforward and professional. Would go again.
I've always been a bit anxious about dental visits, so I put off going for longer than I should have. Dr. Chaturamaytanon has a very calm way about him. He listened to my concerns and moved slowly, checking in often. There was no pressure, just quiet, competent care. The environment at the hospital is very clean and modern, which helped. It felt like a weight was lifted to have it done.
Wow, what a difference! I had a tooth that had been bothering me for weeks, and I was dreading the verdict. Dr. Thanis was fantastic—he got straight to the point, showed me the X-ray, and laid out my options without any doom and gloom. The filling was quick, and I felt nothing! The whole team was so friendly. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. Seriously, if you need a dentist, go see him. My smile is saved!
