Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Theeradej for my diabetes and high blood pressure for about eight years now, since before he moved to Bangpakok 9. That's the main thing for me—consistency. He remembers my history, knows what meds have worked and which ones gave me side effects, and I never feel like I'm starting from zero. The new hospital is nice, though the parking lot is always packed. I trust him because he's straightforward; if my numbers are bad, he tells me, and we adjust. That's what you need in a GP.
My 6-year-old, Nong, had a high fever that just wouldn't break, and I was really scared. We went to Bangpakok 9 and saw Dr. Theeradej. He was so calm with her, talking softly and even making a little joke about the cartoon on her shirt before he examined her. He explained everything to me in a way that didn't make me feel stupid for worrying, and he was very clear about what to watch for at home. He called the next day himself to check on her. It meant a lot. We've found our family doctor.
Needed a general check-up for a new job. Dr. Theeradej at Bangpakok 9 got me in quick. No nonsense, got the tests done, explained the results clearly. Follow-up was easy. Good experience.
I went in for what I thought was just a bad flu—aches, fever, the works. Dr. Theeradej listened, but then asked a bunch of questions I wasn't expecting, like about some old back pain I'd mentioned in passing years ago. He connected dots I didn't see. Ordered specific blood work and it turned out to be a pretty serious bacterial infection, not a virus. The way he pieced it together from a routine sick visit probably saved me a much worse hospital stay later. The clinic was running a bit behind that day, but honestly, after what he figured out, I didn't mind the wait at all.
