Patient Experience
I'd been feeling off for months, tired and just not right. A few other doctors had run basic tests and said it was probably stress. Dr. Wannisa was different. She actually sat and listened to everything, asked questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered a specific test no one else had. It turned out to be a thyroid issue that wasn't obvious. She explained it all clearly, without rushing. Finally having an answer, and a plan, was a huge relief.
Needed a minor skin lesion removed. Honestly, I was nervous about any procedure, even a simple one. Dr. Wannisa made it so straightforward. She talked me through each step before she did it, which really helped. The whole thing was over in maybe ten minutes, and I barely felt a thing. Follow-up was easy, and it healed perfectly. Sometimes simple things are done well, and that matters.
My first time at Bangpakok 9. I got a bit lost finding the clinic, but a staff member at the information desk walked me right to it. The nurse who took my vitals was really friendly and chatted with me while we waited for the doctor, which calmed my nerves. The place itself felt clean and calm, not like some crowded hospitals. It made the whole visit less stressful from the start.
What stood out most about Dr. Wannisa was how she talked to my elderly mother. She didn't just talk to me. She got down on my mom's level, spoke slowly and clearly, and checked repeatedly that she understood. She has this calm, patient way about her that puts you at ease. You don't feel like just another file on her desk.
