Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Jagdish Singh for my blood pressure for almost eight years now. He remembers the little things, like asking about my daughter's college applications from our last chat. That consistency is hard to find. I don't feel like just another file on his desk at Apollo Sage. He's straightforward, tells me when I need to do better, and I trust his judgment completely.
First time at a big hospital like Apollo Sage and I was a mess, convinced I had something serious. Dr. Singh just had this calm way about him. He actually listened to my rambling, did a thorough check, and said, 'Let's not borrow trouble.' Turned out to be a bad case of stress. He made a scary situation feel manageable.
Dr. Singh is good. Fixed my stomach issue that was bugging me for weeks. Explained things clearly, no confusing jargon. Got the meds right the first time. Would go back.
So I went in for what I thought was just a lingering cough. The waiting area was packed, typical for a Tuesday. Dr. Singh, though, didn't rush. He asked about my work (I'm a teacher, so the chalk dust probably doesn't help), my sleep, everything. He even noticed I'd been favoring one side when I sat down. Ordered a couple of extra tests just to be sure, and it caught a minor infection early. The whole thing felt very considered, not like an assembly line. Parking's still a nightmare, but he's worth the hassle.
