Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Pallavi for my diabetes and blood pressure for almost eight years now, since she was at her old clinic. When she moved to Apollo Sage, I followed her. That's how much I trust her judgment. She remembers the small things from my last visit, and she never rushes me out. It's hard to find a doctor who treats you like a person, not just a chart.
Had my gallbladder out last month. The surgery itself went fine, but the first few days after were rough. Dr. Agarwal checked on me every morning, even on the weekend. She really listened when I said the pain meds made me feel sick and switched them up. The nurses said she was very clear with my discharge instructions, which helped a lot when I got home. I'm back to normal now, and the scars are healing nicely.
Dr. Agarwal is great. Straight to the point, tells you exactly what's going on. I had a weird rash, she knew what it was right away, gave me a script, and it cleared up. No fuss. The wait was a little long, but she didn't rush the appointment once I was in there.
I was really nervous—just this constant stomach ache for weeks. My friend insisted I see her GP, Dr. Agarwal. The clinic was busy, parking was a nightmare, and I was almost ready to leave. But from the moment I walked in, she was so calm. She asked a ton of questions, not just about my stomach, but about my job stress and everything. Ordered a few tests to rule stuff out, called me herself with the results (all clear, thankfully), and we worked out it was probably anxiety-related. She gave me some practical tips, not just a prescription. Felt like she actually solved the puzzle with me.
