Had my gallbladder out last month. The first few days were rough, I won't lie. But Dr. Bhaskaran's team had a clear plan for the pain. They checked on me regularly, adjusted meds when needed, and explained what each ache probably was. It wasn't magic, but it was controlled. I'm back to making my own tea now, slowly. The follow-up call to see how I was managing at home meant a lot.

Appendicitis. Came in through emergency. Dr. Bhaskaran saw me quickly, explained the need for surgery in plain terms. Got it done. Stayed two nights. Staff was efficient. Parking at Gleneagles was a hassle that day, but that's not on the doctor. He was direct, capable, and I'm healed. That's what matters.

I was quite nervous before my hernia operation. Dr. Bhaskaran has a very calm way about him. He listened to all my worries, never made me feel rushed. After the surgery, he personally came by each morning and spoke so gently about the healing process. It made a difficult time much easier to bear. I'm very grateful for his kindness.
