Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging pain, and they all said it was just stress. Dr. Arumugam was different. He actually listened, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turned out it was a rare type of intestinal issue that was easily missed. I'm just glad he was thorough enough to catch it.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Arumugam made it so simple. He explained everything step-by-step in the room itself, the procedure itself was over in what felt like minutes, and the follow-up instructions were clear. It healed up perfectly, no fuss at all.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, but what stood out was the team. The front desk helped me sort my paperwork when I was flustered, and the nurse who took my vitals was really kind, cracking a small joke that calmed me down before seeing the doctor. It felt like everyone was on the same page.
What I liked most about Dr. Arumugam is that he doesn't rush you. He sits down, looks you in the eye, and lets you finish talking. When he explains things, he uses normal words, not just medical jargon. You leave feeling heard, not just processed.
