Patient Experience
I'd been to three other doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Boochandran actually sat and listened, asked questions no one else had, and ordered a specific test. Turns out it was a tricky parasite. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad. I'm finally feeling like myself again.
Needed a cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Boochandran made it so simple. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in his room at Apollo. He talked me through each step, and I barely felt a thing. Follow-up was easy, and the scar is tiny. Just a very smooth experience.
The Apollo waiting area on Greams Road is actually quite calm, which helped because I was anxious. What really stood out, though, was his assistant. She saw I was confused about the new patient forms and walked me through them, then made sure I got my scan reports before I left. The whole team just works well together.
Look, I'm not great with doctors. I get flustered. But Dr. Boochandran has this calm way about him. He never rushed me, even when I asked the same thing twice. He remembers small things from previous visits, asks about my family. It doesn't feel like a transaction. You feel like you're being heard by a person, not just examined.
