Patient Experience
I was quite nervous about my appointment at Apollo, but Dr. Krishnamurthy put me at ease immediately. He has a very calm way about him, explained everything in simple terms, and never made me feel rushed. The waiting area was comfortable, and the whole experience was far less daunting than I'd feared.
Our 8-year-old was so scared when we first came in. Dr. Krishnamurthy was amazing with her. He got down to her level, talked about her favorite cartoon, and let her hold the stethoscope. He explained every step to us, the parents, in a way that didn't sugarcoat things but also didn't terrify us. We left feeling like we had a real partner in her care, not just a doctor.
Saw Dr. Krishnamurthy for a persistent issue others brushed off. He listened, asked the right questions, and ordered a specific test that finally gave us answers. Straight shooter, knows his stuff. Parking at Apollo is always a hassle, but he was worth it.
I'd been feeling off for months—just tired, no energy. My local doctor ran basic tests and said it was stress. A friend finally pushed me to get a second opinion. I booked with Dr. Krishnamurthy at Apollo. He spent nearly an hour with me on the first visit, just going over my history. He noticed a pattern I hadn't, ordered some different blood work, and found a thyroid problem that was completely manageable. It wasn't a dramatic diagnosis, but it changed my daily life. He followed up with a call himself to go over the results. You don't see that much anymore.
