Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Manamallai for over a decade now, ever since my diabetes diagnosis. He's my first call for anything, from a stubborn cold to managing my long-term meds. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me, remembers my history, and never rushes. At Apollo, doctors come and go, but he's been a constant. You don't find that kind of consistency often.
As a senior citizen, one does worry about these visits. Dr. Manamallai P. at Apollo Hospitals put those worries to rest. He is a very kind and patient gentleman. He explained my arthritis medication changes in simple terms and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was busy, but he never made me feel like a number. A very good doctor.
Had a bad stomach thing last week. Went to Apollo, saw Dr. Manamallai. He was straight to the point, asked the right questions, gave me a clear prescription. Fixed me up in a couple days. No fuss, just what I needed.
I walked into Apollo Greams Road completely frazzled. I'd been having these dizzy spells for weeks, and my usual doctor was on leave. The wait was long, and I was nervous. Dr. Manamallai listened to my whole rambling story, then did a very thorough check-up—blood pressure sitting and standing, checking my ears, the works. He figured out it was likely a minor inner ear issue, not the heart problem I was fearing. He talked me through the plan, and just his calm manner made me feel better. Followed his advice, and the dizziness is gone.
