Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of other doctors about this constant fatigue and low fever. They said it was stress. Dr. Narendran was the first one who actually seemed suspicious. He ordered a few more specific tests at Apollo, even though I thought it was overkill. Turns out it was a low-grade infection that wasn't showing up on the usual panels. He caught what everyone else missed, plain and simple.
Had to get a minor cyst removed. Honestly, I was more worried about the hospital process than the actual thing. Dr. Narendran's team at Apollo Greams Road made it easy. The whole thing took maybe an hour from check-in to leaving. He explained each step as we went, and the scar is barely there now. It was just... straightforward.
Look, the parking at Apollo is always a bit of a hunt, I won't lie. But once I got inside for my appointment with Dr. Dasaraju, it was smooth. The front desk people found my file fast, and the nurse who took my vitals was really calming. The place just feels organized, which helps when you're not feeling great.
I'm usually pretty nervous around doctors. Dr. Narendran has this way of talking that just puts you at ease. He doesn't rush you. He sat down, asked about my work, and then got into the medical stuff. He actually listened to my silly worries instead of brushing them off. That meant a lot.
