Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, and everyone said it was just stress. Dr. Pradeep was the first one who actually listened. He ordered some different tests, sat me down, and explained it could be a rare type of intestinal issue. He walked me through the whole treatment plan without making it sound scary. Honestly, I think he figured out what was wrong when others didn't even look properly.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. I was nervous at first, but Dr. Pradeep made it so straightforward. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in his clinic room at Apollo. He talked me through each step, and it was over before I knew it. The stitches were neat, healed up perfectly. It was just a simple thing, but he treated it with real care.
The Apollo building on Greams Road is huge and can feel a bit overwhelming. I got lost trying to find the clinic, but one of the ladies at the front desk saw me looking confused and walked me right to the door. The place was busy, but clean and calm. Even the nurse who took my vitals was really kind, which helped settle my nerves before seeing the doctor.
What I remember most is how Dr. Pradeep talks to you. He doesn't rush. During my consultation, he pulled his chair around to sit next to me, not behind his desk, to go over the scan results. He asked about my work and how the symptoms were affecting my day. It felt like talking to a very knowledgeable, calm friend who just happened to also be a brilliant doctor.
