Patient Experience
I was so scared going in for my first appointment. My hands were literally shaking. Dr. Rajendran just talked to me like a normal person, explained everything without rushing, and by the end I actually felt like I could handle this. He has a really calm way about him that just cuts through the panic.
My father was under Dr. Rajendran's care at Apollo. What stood out for us, the family, was how clearly he explained the situation and the options. He never talked down to us, answered our (many) questions directly, and made sure we all understood the plan before moving forward. In a really stressful time, that clarity meant everything.
Saw Dr. Rajendran. Got the info I needed, no fluff. He's direct, which I appreciate. Knew his stuff. Parking at Apollo is always a hassle, but the appointment itself was efficient.
I'd been putting off getting this lump checked for weeks, just making excuses. The waiting room at Apollo was busy, and I almost left. Dr. Rajendran took one look at my file and my probably-pale face and said, 'Let's start from the beginning.' He didn't just examine me; he walked me through what he was looking for and why, drawing little diagrams on his notepad. When the tests came back clear, he called me himself instead of having a nurse do it. It felt like he understood the whole scary journey, not just the medical part.
