Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Revathi Miglani was different. She actually listened, asked about things no one else had, and ordered a specific test the others hadn't. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue masquerading as something else. She explained it all on a notepad, drew little diagrams. I felt heard for the first time, and we finally had a real path forward.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Miglani made it so straightforward. The whole thing was over in what felt like minutes. She talked me through each step as she worked, which really kept my mind off it. The follow-up was just a quick check, no fuss. Sometimes simple things are done poorly, but this was just done right, no drama.
The parking at Apollo Greams Road was a nightmare that day, completely full. I arrived flustered and late for my appointment. But the front desk lady was so calm and understanding, and the nurse who took my vitals had a really warm way about her. The whole place just felt efficient but not cold. It made a stressful start to the visit actually turn out okay.
What I remember most is how Dr. Miglani talks to you. I'm an older patient, and sometimes doctors rush. She doesn't. She sits down, looks you in the eye, and her explanations are clear without being patronizing. When I had questions about my medication, she didn't just repeat the leaflet; she related it to my daily life. It feels like you're talking to a very smart, caring person who happens to be a doctor.
