Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Sadhana for my blood pressure for almost eight years now. She remembers the little things—asks about my grandson, remembers I hate that one medication that made me dizzy. That consistency is what keeps me coming back to Apollo. You don't find many doctors who look at you as a whole person, not just a chart, for that long. She's just steady, and that's what you need.
I was a complete wreck before my appointment. Convinced myself I had every symptom on Google. Dr. Dhavapalani just had this calm way about her. She actually listened to all my (probably silly) worries without making me feel rushed or stupid, then explained everything in a way that finally made sense. Walked out feeling like a weight was lifted. The clinic was busy and I waited a bit, but she was worth it.
Dr. Dhavapalani is good. Straight to the point, tells you how it is. Fixed my issue, gave clear instructions. No fuss. Parking at Apollo is always a nightmare though.
My experience was a bit of a journey. I went in for what I thought was just lingering fatigue. Dr. Dhavapalani didn't just shrug it off. She asked a ton of questions about my sleep, my diet, things I wouldn't have thought to mention. Ordered a couple of specific tests I'd never had before. Turns out, my iron was way lower than it should be. Started the treatment she suggested, and honestly, I feel like myself again. It wasn't a magic fix, but she connected the dots everyone else missed.
