Patient Experience
I'd been feeling run down for months, and three other doctors just said it was stress. Dr. Gupta was the first one who actually listened. He asked a lot of questions I hadn't been asked before and ordered a specific test no one else had. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that wasn't showing up on the standard panels. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad. I'm finally on the right medication and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about it, but Dr. Gupta made it simple. The whole thing at Sarvodaya was quick. He talked me through each step as he was doing it, which really kept my mind off things. It was over before I knew it, and the recovery was exactly as he said it would be. No fuss, no drama.
The parking at Sector 8 was a nightmare that day, completely full, so I was flustered when I got in. But the front desk lady saw I was stressed and was really kind about it. The whole place felt calm, even though it was busy. When I saw Dr. Gupta, he didn't rush me even though I was late. The nurse who took my vitals was also very gentle. It felt like the staff actually worked together.
What I remember most is how he talked to my elderly mother. She gets confused easily and was asking the same question over and over. Dr. Gupta never sighed or looked impatient. He just answered her every time, in the same calm voice, and made sure she understood. He has a real kindness about him. You don't see that everywhere.
