Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, everyone said it was just stress. Dr. Dewan actually listened, like really listened, to everything I said. He ordered some different tests and figured out it was a tricky gallbladder issue, not just in my head. I felt heard for the first time.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about it, but Dr. Dewan talked me through the whole thing in simple words. The procedure itself was over before I knew it. The follow-up was quick, and the scar is barely there now. Just a straightforward, good experience.
The hospital itself is busy, I won't lie, parking was a hassle. But once I got inside, the front desk people were really patient. The nurse who took my vitals had a calming way about her, and the whole place felt clean and organized. It made a long wait easier to handle.
What stuck with me was how Dr. Dewan is with my elderly father. He doesn't just talk at him; he sits down, makes eye contact, and explains things so clearly and kindly. My dad, who usually hates doctors, actually looks forward to his appointments now. That means everything to our family.
