Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and stomach issue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Yadav actually listened. He asked a lot of questions I hadn't been asked before and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a thyroid problem that was messing with everything else. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Yadav made it simple. The whole thing at Sarvodaya was quick in and out in a few hours. The procedure itself was straightforward, no fuss. He checked in the next day, which I wasn't expecting. It healed up perfectly, no issues.
The parking at Sector 8 was completely full when I arrived for my dad's appointment, which stressed me out. But from the front desk to the nurses, everyone was really calm and helpful. They found a spot for us and guided us through. The place was clean and didn't feel as chaotic as some hospitals. It made a difficult day a bit easier to handle.
What stuck with me about Dr. Yadav was how he talked to my elderly mother. She gets confused easily. He didn't rush her, he sat down, looked her in the eye, and explained her medication using simple words. He even drew a little chart for her. You could see her relax. That kind of patience is rare.
