Patient Experience
My 8-year-old son had a high fever that wouldn't break, and I was really scared. We went to Sarvodaya and saw Dr. Panwar. He was so calm with my son, explained everything to him in a way a kid could understand, and didn't just throw antibiotics at us. He took the time to figure out it was a viral thing and gave clear instructions. My boy was better in a couple days, and I felt like we were actually listened to, not just processed.
My elderly mother was admitted under Dr. Panwar's care last month. What stood out was how he kept us, the family, in the loop. He'd call me directly after his rounds, even just for a minute, to explain any changes in her treatment in simple terms. He never made us feel like we were bothering him with questions. It took a huge weight off our shoulders during a really stressful time, knowing exactly what was happening.
Had a stubborn skin infection. Went to Dr. Panwar at Sarvodaya. He checked it, prescribed a cream, told me exactly how to use it. It cleared up. No fuss, got the job done. Would see him again.
I'd been feeling run-down for weeks just tired all the time, no energy. I almost didn't go because I thought they'd just tell me to sleep more. The waiting area was packed, I'll be honest. But when I finally got in to see Dr. Panwar, he didn't rush. He asked about my work, my diet, everything. Ordered a couple of blood tests I wouldn't have thought of. Turns out my vitamin D was practically nonexistent. Started the supplements he suggested, and it's like someone turned the lights back on. He connected dots I didn't even know were there.
