Patient Experience
For months, I just felt off tired, achy, nothing specific. Saw a couple of doctors who said it was stress. Dr. Sharma actually listened. She asked questions no one else did, ran some different tests, and figured out it was a tricky thyroid issue. She explained it all with a diagram on her notepad. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
I needed a basic skin cyst removal. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Sharma made it so simple. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in her clinic at Sarvodaya. She talked me through each step, and I barely felt a thing. It healed up perfectly. Sometimes the simple stuff is done really well.
The parking at Sector 8 was full that day, so I was a bit flustered when I got in. But the front desk lady was really kind and helped me sort it out. The whole place just felt calm, not like some hospitals. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice chat with me. It made the visit less stressful.
My kid was scared of doctors, hiding behind my legs. Dr. Sharma didn't rush. She got down to his level, talked about his t-shirt first, and let him hold the stethoscope. By the end, he was giving her a high-five. That kind of patience means everything to a parent.
