Parking at Sector 8 is always a nightmare, I got there flustered and late. But the front desk lady was so calm, she just sorted it out. The whole place felt clean and quiet, not chaotic like some hospitals. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a really kind way about her. By the time I saw Dr. Jha, I’d actually relaxed a bit. It’s rare that the environment helps, but here it did.

He showed him the stethoscope, let him listen to his own heartbeat. He got down on his level. There was no rush. My son ended up letting him do the check-up without a single tear.
