Patient Experience
I'd been feeling off for months, just tired and achy. A couple of other doctors had shrugged it off as stress. Dr. Swarupa was the first one who actually sat and listened, really pieced together all these little symptoms I'd mentioned. She ordered some specific tests and figured out it was a thyroid issue that was messing with everything else. It wasn't a quick fix, but having a name for it and a plan made all the difference.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Swarupa talked me through the whole thing in simple terms. The procedure itself was over before I knew it. The follow-up was easy, and she checked the scar herself to make sure it was healing fine. Sometimes the simple things are done well, and that matters.
Parking at Sarvodaya was a nightmare that day, completely full. I walked in flustered, but the front desk lady was so calm and got me sorted quickly. The whole place in Sector 8 just felt clean and quiet, not chaotic. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice way about her. It made waiting for my appointment with Dr. Bansode less stressful.
What I remember most is how Dr. Bansode just... talked to me. Not at me. When I was worried about some test results, she didn't just recite numbers. She drew a little diagram on her notepad to explain what was happening. She has this quiet, steady way of making you feel like you're being heard, not just processed.
