Patient Experience
I'd been feeling run down for months, and a few other doctors just chalked it up to stress. Dr. Malasani was the first one who really listened. She ordered some specific tests others hadn't thought of and sat with me to explain the results. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that wasn't obvious. She didn't make me feel silly for pushing for answers, and we finally have a treatment plan that's working.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Malasani made it so straightforward. The whole thing at Sarvodaya was quick in and out in a few hours. The procedure itself was fine, no surprises. She checked in the next day to see how the healing was going, which I really appreciated. It was just a simple thing, but it felt handled with real care.
Parking at the Sector 8 hospital was a nightmare that day, I won't lie. But once I got inside, the front desk people were really patient. The place was clean and quiet, which helped calm me down. The nurse who took my vitals was lovely, had a nice chat. It felt like the whole team, not just the doctor, was on the same page and wanted to help.
What I remember most is how Dr. Malasani talks to you. I brought my elderly mother, and she never rushed us. She explained everything to my mom directly, in a way she could understand, and made sure all her questions were answered. She has this calm way about her that just puts you at ease. You feel like a person in her office, not just another file.
