Patient Experience
Been seeing Dr. Bhuyan for my blood pressure for almost eight years now, since he was at his old clinic. Followed him to Apollo. That's the thing—you find a doctor who listens, really listens, and you stick with them. He remembers my history, my meds, even asks about my son. It's that consistency. I don't worry because I know he's got it handled.
First time at a big hospital like Apollo, and I was a wreck. Convinced I had something serious. Dr. Bhuyan just had this calm way about him. He didn't rush me, let me explain all my weird symptoms, and actually smiled when he said it was probably just a bad bout of anxiety and a vitamin deficiency. Ordered a few tests to be sure, but just talking to him cut my panic in half. Left feeling silly for worrying so much, but also really relieved.
Good doctor. Straight to the point, which I like. Explained my acid reflux clearly, gave me a prescription and some diet tips. Parking at Apollo is always a nightmare, but the appointment itself was efficient.
So I'd been feeling run down for weeks—just no energy, sleeping poorly. My wife finally made me book an appointment. I saw Dr. Bhuyan last Tuesday. He spent a good twenty minutes with me, asking questions I wouldn't have thought of, like about stress at work and my coffee intake. He suspected my thyroid might be sluggish. Got the blood test done in the hospital, and he called me himself with the results two days later to adjust the medication. It wasn't just a quick in-and-out; he actually followed through. Starting to feel a bit more like myself already.
