Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Alam actually listened to everything, asked a bunch of questions that seemed unrelated, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky vitamin deficiency causing the real problem. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm just relieved someone figured it out.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Alam walked me through the whole thing in the clinic itself. The procedure was over before I knew it—maybe ten minutes. Hardly any pain afterwards, and the follow-up was quick. It felt very straightforward, no fuss.
The Apollo facility is nice and clean, I'll say that. But what stood out was the front desk lady. I was flustered because the parking was full and I was running late. She was so calm, got me sorted quickly, and even remembered my name when I left. It's those little things that make a difference when you're not feeling great.
What I liked about Dr. Alam is that he doesn't just talk at you. When I came in with high blood pressure, he sat down, looked me in the eye, and asked about my job, my diet, everything. He felt like a person, not just a guy in a white coat. We worked out a plan together, and he checks in on my progress without making me feel judged.
