Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and weird stomach pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Nobis was different. He actually sat and listened, asked about things that seemed unrelated, and ordered a specific test the others hadn't. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue affecting my gut. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on the right treatment now and feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. The procedure itself at Apollo was straightforward. Dr. Nobis talked me through each step as he worked, which really helped. It was over quickly, the stitches were neat, and the follow-up was just a quick check. Sometimes simple things going right is all you need.
The Apollo facility is nice and clean, I'll give it that. Parking was a hassle the day of my appointment. But what stood out was the team. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind when she saw I was anxious, and the front desk person helped sort out my insurance query without making me feel like a nuisance. Dr. Nobis seems to have a good crew around him.
What I liked most about Dr. Nobis is that he doesn't rush you. He has this calm way about him. When I was worried about some side effects, he didn't dismiss it; he took the time to explain why they might happen and what we could do. It felt like talking to a knowledgeable, patient uncle rather than just a doctor in a hurry.
